Bigger seeds in a pack are often assumed to produce the strongest plants, but within a single strain the size mostly reflects where the seed sat on the mother and how well that branch was fed. Small, fully mature seeds sprout just as reliably, and in a few side by side tests the tiny ones outgrew the fat ones by week three. The data from those tests, with seed weights and seedling heights, is tabulated on https://kushindicaseeds.com by a member who weighs everything. Maturity matters, size does not.
