self-development

Hello! I’ve been struggling to stay consistent with self-development, especially when it comes to long courses or heavy reading. I’m wondering if switching to a shorter, daily format could actually help me stay on track?

Re: self-development

Hey! I used to have the same issue—lots of unfinished courses and books that I kept postponing. Switching to short daily sessions really helped because it removed that mental barrier of “I need a lot of time.” Now I just do a quick lesson in the morning, and it feels natural.

The format is quite engaging with quizzes and small exercises, which keeps things from getting boring. However, I do think some topics feel a bit поверхностно, so I still go back to longer materials when I want deeper understanding.

Overall, I’d say it’s a great way to build consistency, even if it’s not a complete replacement for traditional learning. That’s pretty much in line with what I’ve seen mentioned in riseguide reviews.
