I drop a leave a response when I especially enjoy a post on a website or if I have something to valuable to contribute to the discussion. Usually it's triggered by the sincerness displayed in the post I browsed. And after this article Phantom Linux OS Forums. I was moved enough to post a thought :-) I actually do have a few questions for you if you don't mind.
