Unfortunately no one can be told what Phantom Linux OS is - you have to see it for yourself.

Many LCD panel shows are offered with an analog 15-pin VGA connector or, not often, with an analog DVI-I connector. However these displays are sometimes expensive, and have some drawbacks compared to LCD monitors.
