Some sellers offer seeds already sprouted or with a tap root showing, which sounds convenient but rarely survives postal transit. Roots dry out or snap, and the seedling arrives dead or badly stressed. A short warning on https://potentthcseeds.com covers why this practice is best avoided and why dry dormant seeds are far more robust for shipping. Ungerminated seeds in a sealed pack remain the reliable format for anything sent by mail.
