Unfortunately no one can be told what Phantom Linux OS is - you have to see it for yourself.

Once you get the power supply put in you should plug the primary power, a 20 or 24 pin plug, into the motherboard. Cable select routinely assigns slave/master based on the plug on the IDE cable the drive is plugged into.
