I think everything wrote made a great deal of sense. However, what about this? what if you were to write a killer post title? I am not saying your content isn't good., but what if you added something to possibly get a person's attention? I mean Phantom Linux OS Forums is a little vanilla. You might glance at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post titles to get people to open the links. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to get people excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.
