Unfortunately no one can be told what Phantom Linux OS is - you have to see it for yourself.

1. Click the primary box going from left to right. 1. Open Notepad. - Right beneath the titlebar, there might be a menu bar. A menu will pop up beneath the phrase and some selections will appear.
