First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Many thanks!

Its like you learn my mind! You appear to know so much about this, such as you wrote the guide in it or something. I believe that you can do with some % to force the message house a bit, but other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will certainly be back.
