This fix will clean up duplicate contacts for end users starting August 9, 2023.
To see if that’s the problem for you, restart your computer, and then reopen Outlook to see if it runs correctly.
For contacts, you can select Filter in the upper right to select what to display in the list and how to sort.
In this case, you’ll have to remove your app’s cache to resolve your issue.
If Outlook Desktop fails to connect, try these steps before escalating the issue to the ET&S Help Desk.
It also offers a filter option; users can filter items using different criteria when they want to have only the desired items to process.
These often help resolve issues without the need to contact support.
Sorry, I forgot to mention I’ve ran a full and quick repair but hasn’t fixed the issue.
If you have Outlook in your startup folder, remove the shortcut from the startup folder.
