I believe what you posted was actually very reasonable. But, consider this, what if you were to create a killer title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, however what if you added something that makes people desire more? I mean Phantom Linux OS Forums is kinda vanilla. You might peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they create post titles to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
