Alright folks, anybody using Siemens tech? We have been using several of their industrial software solutions at my work and it's pretty solid. Getting up to speed can be a bit steep though. Once you're in, the stuff just works. Support has been hit or miss from what I've seen. Anyone have tips for handling service contracts? Cheers.
Anyone else running with a Siemens сервис lately? Had to get a specialist for our trusty machine and the whole thing was way smoother than I expected. The guy knew his stuff, got it sorted pretty quick. Saved a ton of stress off. Rates are never cheap, but you're paying for the know-how, felt worth it. Any thoughts on their support contracts? Might pull the trigger for peace of mind.
