Hey everyone, jumping in here about my experience with Siemens support. Honestly, I was a bit worried at first given the size of the company, but it was really straightforward.
Yo folks, anybody using Siemens kit? We have been on their support for ages and gotta say it's decent. Sometimes the wait times are a bit much, but once you get through, the techs are super knowledgeable. Saved my bacon more than once. Just my two cents.
