Another which is shown below, is a user opens a new message, or replies to one, and lets it sit for a while.
The stored credentials are not overwritten when Outlook triggers the authentication prompt even if you enable the Remember my credentials option.
When using Outlook my Inbox is not updating, it shows me 2 months old mails on top of the list.
