I have tried deleting the file explorer caché, ending the task, windows recovery, cmd sfc/ scannow, disabling the quick access options, updating to W11.
If you are a regular user who depends heavily on the inbox application to perform daily operations, then Outlook not working or opening would be a big punch in the gut.
Adding pictures and large attachments to your message can prevent you from sending that message (and any messages sent after the large message).
Used for offline accessibility to work even in an unstable internet connection.
