To start, create a new Personal Folders (.pst) file entry in your profile.
If the issue is the same, update Outlook, repair Outlook profile, or reconfigure your account to reconnect Outlook to the Server.
However, if you log off Windows, log back in, and start Outlook, you are again prompted for your credentials.
If errors persist, deleting the OST file or creating a new Outlook profile usually resolves all sync-related issues.
Incorrect Outlook settings can also be one of the reasons behind Outlook synchronization errors.
